refused delivery

On December 2nd, we declined the delivery, and the third-party vendor, Costway, has yet to issue a refund. Despite multiple conversations with various representatives, the issue remains unresolved. I contacted the carrier, Ontrack, and confirmed the item was delivered to their facility on December 3rd. Subsequently, on December 8th, the item was reported lost, which means there is no tracking number available to provide to Costway. We advise caution when purchasing from third-party vendors.

Disappointed

Screws provided did not hold ir together. Also, if you screw in the brace bar on the bottom, you can't slide it over toilet.

Terrible FedEx delivery

Product was supposed to arrive last Friday. We waited all day long and didn’t get it. Today is Monday and still nothing. Even updates are inaccurate. I will never buy again from Macy’s since you use FedEx for your deliveries, and this is not the first time. Extremely inefficient.

worst product ever from Macy's

I bought this over the toilet for cabinet. it is the worst product ever nothing fits properly no screw lockin and quality is super flimsy and poorly made. I am super unhappy and my money gone total waste. took me 2 hours to assemble and if I have to return by dis assembly I will have to waste another 2 hours on this
