Treadmill Troubles

Treadmill stops a little after 4. 5 miles on free mode. Manufacturer’s warranty means they tell you to take it apart and try to fix it yourself. None of the screws are in the indicated positions for this model. To return you have to have all original packaging or return is void.

Really nice treadmill

It's a great treadmill. Incline is auto so workout is simple. It fits in a lot of places because it's so short but can be easily transformed to a great treadmill by raising the bar. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Get Moving

It is one of my favorite treads that I have purchased. Shipping was great, you can tell company cares. I would buy again. Since I have an incline, it wears me out, yay. Highly recommend, I get mucho steps in along with a light jog.

A little me time...

I love this treadmill! As a mom of many children, it's hard to find time to go out to excercise. Having a treadmill at home allows me to take care of myself in the morning before everyone wakes up, but I'm still here if I'm needed. The treadmill fits in a small space in this full house, and it's quiet to operate. I love the automatic incline feature to make my workouts count for more. I was hoping that raising the handle up and down would be with a pin, and having to screw and unscrew it is slightly more tedious, but it's not difficult. Overall a great machine that combines simplicity and all you need for a good workout!

Good with some flaws

The tread is nice but there are a few flaws that if resolved, would make it much better. The first is the arm to go from walking to running is not adjustable. I am short (5’0) and the height of the arm is quite high for me making it difficult to easily switch between inclines, etc. without disrupting my running motion. The next issue is the inability to customize the set speeds, or functions, on the app such as turning down the beeping volume (which is incredibly loud) so early morning workouts mean waking up the entire house. I have purchased less expensive walking pads and the number of features they have exceed this one. And finally, the most annoying of all is the arm is not easy to raise or lower from walking to running position. It requires a hex screw driver to do it and something like button that is pressed to raise and lower like a child car seat arm would be much better. Additionally, the side arms stick out quite far compared to the rest of the tread which makes it difficult to have it in a smaller area and still have room to raise and lower the running arm.

Rocky start, but seems to be worth it

I have had my Pacer Treadpad for about a month and have not been able to use it much. Received with a faulty motor. Support was easy to access and very helpful in testing to determine the issue. New motor shipped and instruction on replacement was provided. Motor replacement was not difficult, walking pad alignment was tedious, but my support agent was very helpful and responsive to my emails and provided additional suggestions. All in all, I am happy, not just with the treadpad, but with Sunny support. If it weren't for support, this would be a 1 star review. As it stands, it gets 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still having to tweak the walking pad to be able to use it on a consistent basis. Set up was easy. It is quiet and smooth (with the new motor). Would recommend!

Good value

Excellent treadmill for the money. 2 gripes: labels for readouts are too small to read given they are on the floor instead of the bar, and device tray is too small for a tablet and won't hold a smart phone in a case.
