Disappointing customer service at Pandora

Bad customer service at Pandora. I received the wrong size, and when I tried to address the issue, the staff were not helpful at all. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, to the point that it felt like they were almost making fun of us. Very disappointing experience.
