I ordered this product more than assuming I would receive both halves of the box spring as part of a Split Queen set (as pictured) -- NO!
The deliver person arrived with only one. I rejected the delivery and requested a call from customer service. The CS rep confirmed that I needed to select a quantity of 2 to receive both pieces. This isn't clearly indicated under Product Description but after reviewing the product again I did notice "Overall approx. dimensions: 80"L x 30"W x 9"H" which is obviously just one. It was also not the color shown, a darker charcoal, the entire box spring was cream/ivory.
