Sleeves are long

Dress is cute. Material is nice. Overall fit is good however the sleeves are ridiculously long. The only way I can get them to look like the photo is if the cuffs were at my fingertips. If not for that I would've kept.

*Don't buy from petal and pup store*

I bought a dress from this store(petal and pup) through macys page and never received it and now Macy's did not want to refund the money because it's a third party. I'm so upset about this situation because I have never had any issues with Macy's purchases.
