Bought this machine in Feb, within 10cups, hot water start to leak from the left side of the machine. Sent in to service centre, came back today and water sipping out from left side of the machine again. Sent in to your CS to request a 1 to 1 exchange but got rejected. Instead required me to bring it to the service centre again. It’s a total waste of my leave to manage this defect machine.

This type of issue can sometimes be related to how the water tank, drip tray, or brew group is positioned inside the machine. Ensuring that the water tank is fully inserted and properly aligned, and that the drip tray is correctly seated without gaps, may help prevent water from escaping. It is also helpful to remove the brew group, rinse it under warm water, let it air dry completely, and then reinsert it firmly until it clicks into place. Checking that the machine is placed on a flat, stable surface can also help ensure proper internal drainage. Automatic Espresso machine
Overall we am enjoying our new automatic espresso machine. It’s a treat to have a cappuccino every morning. It also has all the features we were looking for. We’ve tried all the different types of coffee except for the iced coffee feature. If I had to complain about anything it would be that sometimes the coffee is super hot and other times it’s not. I wish it could be more consistent. However my husband heats his cup in the microwave first so that helps.

Returning
The coffees are to small and the beans always get jammed. I am returning mine, be sure to research the maintenance on these units as well. The coffee was less robust than a Keurig. We tried two different types of beans, both a jammed and made average coffee.

I find the coffeemaker too noisy. It has taken quite some time to get used to the way the milk frother works.

Great automatic coffee
We've had this automatic in our house for close to 3 months. Previously we had nearly the exact same unit for almost 4 years. No issues very reliable. Great coffee maker. I do wish it was a bit more quiet. Over time the grinder will wear down and when it does typically what we saw is all the seals also go it means replacing quite a few things for about half the price of a new one or just buying a new one. Even so I consider this one excellent.

Issues
Like the product but not happy that the coffee does not come out hot. We searched all the ways to increase the heat and nothing worked. In addition, machine is slow or needs several times to reset when water, coffee or cleaning occurs.
