The construction and design appealed to me as I own a much earlier model. The display and variety of settings is great, except it has limitations. The ability to use the ground coffee option is a complete bust. It just spills the grounds into the hopper and provides hot water, very disappointing. You can’t steam milk without making a coffee, what my wife was hoping for. The hopper for the beans needs constant adjustment to bring the beans to the grinder, you can’t load the beans and forget a few coffees later. The coffee is great, thanks to the options of grind and water amounts.

Do not buy unless you like to be frustrated
I'm experiencing what everyone else mentions, watery coffee, extremely small cups of coffee, mold in unit, cannot use ground coffee as it says you can, and probably the most frustrating, I have to shove the beans into the hopper to get a decent cup of coffee. When you can get a good cup of coffee it is great, but INCONSISTENT is the best word to describe it. I would not recommend it. And don't bother to respond with the canned response of "call this number for support."

Not so good
I bought that machine for my husband and even following the guidance the latte never tasted good, nor the cold brew It’s a lot of setting and it’s hard to find something that taste good

My daughter bought us this for Christmas and we love it best quality and easy to use . So happy with it .

Great full automatic coffee machine
Own it for about a month, takes some time to learn how to make needed size of the coffee. So far we are enjoying convenience and only draw back is water needs to be refilled more often than we thought:)

No more early morning coffee run
I had 2 coffee makers before this one, and I didn't like either. So I was very skeptical when I received the Philips 3300. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried my first coffee from the 3300. It was smooth and tasted like what I expected what a coffee should be. The latte maker was a great device. I am so happy to be able to make my own macchiato with a push of a button. Now I don't have to drive every morning down the road to get my fresh coffee!

More glow than show
The machine was chosen by a family member for its looks and not functionality. The button are hard to turn on requiring some pressure sometimes. There is no plain milk function and I’m forever topping it up with was due to the before and after cleaning process.
