Never received items & no one to help me

Never received the items and your automated system is horrid. I've tried to use your computer chat and email, and nothing. The items are lost in shipping (your records show this) and you have billed my credit card. Can a human please fix this? I have shopped for years and super happy with Macy's but would appreciate some help here please. Anybody with blood there please?
