Awful experience, Macy’s is a sham

Awful experience. Did not receive item even though I was charged for it. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service with only a statement that they would review my request for a refund. Which they never responded to. Had to go through my credit card to cancel which is another 90 day process. I will never buy anything from Macy’s again!

Best Gift for FNAF Fans

Awesome Gift

Very nice. Came just as expected. I bought as a Christmas gift. My only gripe is that the name of the product was written in bold on every side of the packaging which almost gave it away as a gift. Luckily, the person didn’t see it before I did. It came quick though and is very cute.
