Great Griddle!

This is by far the best griddle that I've ever purchased. It heats and cooks evenly throughout the surface. Easy cleanup. Great Buy!

Works but it has some serious flaws.

It works but has some flaws that may or may not make it a non starter for you. It is has some hot spots, I noticed this when I was simply using it to toast a griddle full of hamburger buns. The lower left edge and upper left edge don't seem to get as hot as the rest of the griddle because those buns didn't toast as quickly. The bigger issues are that the back side has nothing to protect the hot surface from melting or burning something that comes in contact with the griddle. Once when using it the back side came in contact with a bottle of cooking oil and melted it. It needs to have the same plastic insulation on the sides and front on the backside as well. The other problem is the catch pan that is supposed to catch the grease does not lock in place, it easily slides in and out and if you happen to have it hit a hard floor when it falls it will break. Why they didn't make it out of ABS instead of the brittle black plastic is a mystery but it isn't a good idea and sets you up for having to pay for a replacement at your expense.

Good Griddle

Used this griddle for Easter The pancakes were more consistent and enough room to cook more pancakes at one time than my frying pan , Maybe it was the flat direct heat but it was well worth it and I thought the pancakes tasted better.

Order # 4721481332 never delivered

I gave the griddle a poor rating because UPS never delivered it. I received an email stating that it was at my front door and immediately my husband went to retrieve it. No photo of where it was allegedly placed appeared when I checked on its tracking. I notified Macys and am being issued a refund on my Macys credit card.

Never received the electric griddle had to reorder

I don’t understand why Macys said keep the Item when I never received it. I received 2 packages from Kohls but nothing from Macy but because the delivery driver stated delivered I received the package. This is not the first time this has happened. My review is I didn’t receive the package and no i cannot recommend this product. Not at this time. Once I receive my package and give the gift then I will let you know.
