Superb Quality and Workmanship

My mother gave me a presto PCC4A yellow 4quart cooker in 1973. I used it to make many meals at least 2x per month. Unfortunately it was thrown away by mistake. I just purchased a new 01241 4 quart replacement. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Cant' get parts for a four year old pressure cooke

I bought a small new Presto pressure cooker a couple years ago, around 2021. Now, I can't buy parts for it anywhere

7 Times Burned . Never Buying This Brand Again

I’ve bought this pressure cooker 7 or 8 times, and every single one ends up useless after a few months. Steam starts leaking, and it’s not even that strong to begin with. Total waste of money. I’m done with this brand looking for a better company.

There could be food debris on the sealing ring or cover preventing a good seal. Double check that area. Sealing rings do need to be changed every few years as they can wear with or without use. Don't buy from here. It is not from Macy's.

They took many days to process. I got tired of waiting, and i canceled the order, and as soon as i did it, they ignored my request and changed the status to shipped; by the time i got it, it was too late to return to Macy's. I sent the pressure cooker back to them with UPS, and they didn't refund my money and asked me to pay for the return. It is not fair. They are probably repeating the same strategy with others.

Presto 01362 6 Qt Stainless Steel Pressure

Presto Qt Stainless Steel Pressure is horrible and it didn't even boil my beans when I used the cooker. Never buy this product. They won't give the refund. Macy's don't want to take care of the issue. They blame the third party company.

4qt aluminum pressuer cooker

This has been a game changer for dinner prep of small roasts (2-3lbs). I donated my Insta-pot as this is so much easier to use and clean up. The results (beef, pork, venison) are also more moist and tender than the Insta-pot produced.
