Quality

The curtains are nice and thick. Does great job in blocking out both cold and heat temps. I love the color. My only complaint, the wrinkles have to be to ironed out before hanging. They appear not to fall out over time. A steamer wand will do the trick just be careful with heat setting.

The curtains are alright. I like the color but they are not black out curtains you can see the outside light through them

Other occasion to buy:Not happy!!

Haven’t received despite being told Oct 24

Haven’t received my curtains yet despite being told they would arrive no later than Oct 24. Now, being told Nov 4. Macy’s blames FedEx and FedEx blames them. FedEx has my package on a truck going through KY numerous times after being in several other states. Customer service for both places receives a ZERO from me.

misleading advertising

curtains are very good quality, very elegant however the description is misleading, in the picture is shown as 2 panel curtain but when received delivery it comes only one panel in the package.
