Great non-stick

A fairly light pan for it's size. Package says handle stays cool to the touch and it does, but the 1/3 closest section to the pan does get pretty warm, so still be careful. While this pan is dishwasher safe, they recommend hand washing, which we do with all pans so they last longer. We mostly use it for foods that leave grease, so it took a little more to wash clean. Would've been nice to wash easier than other pans, though. The instructions say not to use butter or oil, which was nerve-wracking at first, but it's been a great non-stick so far. Also says you can use metal utensils (we don't have any). There is a warranty so if all goes well over time, our next full set will be Gotham Steel.

Works GREAT !!

I wanted to test this out and see if it really worked. Wow to my surprise this was an amazing pan to use. I fried an egg and made pancakes on this pan and nothing stuck. Nothing like a broken egg or broken pancake. With this pan nothing stuck so great I love this pan so much and will be reaching for this more often when im cooking !!!!

This pan is NICE

This pan is so nice and feels so durable! Not super heavy but doesn’t feel cheap either. The inside of the pan is super smooth and shiny and definitely non stick. It works great! We love it in our house! We’ve used it for omelet already and NOTHING got stuck!
