very comfortable and supportive for my neck

At first when I touch it I was thinking "is too soft" but once I tried it: I love it! It have support without being too firm, so it does not push my head forward. So don't be fool by the softness, give it a try. And to Macy's: please don't change or discontinued the pillow, it is a good one.
