Box for humidifier was not sealed. Was ipened
This humidifier took very long to get delivered and inside the package was a receipt from Bloomingdale’s???? The box was torn at bottom. This is a gift and I have no idea if it will work properly. There was no tape on the box it looked like it had been opened.

11 months agoOne Less Star for Design Flaw
I began using March '25 and love it! I deleted one star because of one flaw in the design. The User Manual explained, "Keep the humidifier at least 12" away from walls for best results". In order to comply, I had to turn the unit around (the cord partially wrapping with it) so the mist would be facing into the room which is a good thing and more efficient. However, now the controls are facing the wall and it's awkward to see the on/off, timer selection and night light controls.

Very helpful. My heat is forced hot air and I developed a dry nagging cough. I run this every evening when I get home from work for a few hours in my bedroom and within a few days my cough was gone.

1 year agoMalfunctioning humidifiers
I purchased 2 of the same item roughly 2 years ago. On one unit the air comes out, however no mist. The other unit is producing an annoying buzzing sound, however mist is coming out! I see the warranty is up to 5 years. How can we all rectify this?? i would like to see the warranty go in place.

2 years agoThe best humidifier I’ve ever used!
We’ve been using our new humidifier for about 3 months now, and we love it. It’s super quiet unlike other humidifiers we’ve used in the past. Large tank is also very nice. You don’t have to worry about refilling it as often. The time option is very convenient as well. And we love its sleek, contemporary look!

I bought this humidifier in 2021 -- it worked wonderfully up until this week, when it suddenly stopped turning on. Prior to that, I had no issues with the functionality and was very happy with it. Thankfully this product has a warranty and I'm able to get a replacement!

It’s ok but…
It works well except the mist outlet faces the wall. It has to be placed near a wall to plug it in but why they put the mist facing the wall doesn’t make sense.
