Worked for a few months then started flashing F and will not turn back on. Complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

2 pads, neither work
Had to return the first one due to not turning on. Now the second one is now showing the F code and is not working at all.

Stop Working After a Year
Me and my family have bought about 5 of these over the years. Every single one of them stopped working after a few months to a year. I love this heating pad and how the controls are set up, but I just wish they would last longer for expensive as they are.

Keeps malfunctioning

Best heating pad ever!
This is a wonderful heating pad - even, consistent heat with a range of 6 levels. The size is perfect, so much better than your typical small heating pad. The control is easy to use and it comes with a nice, long cord. Already had the exact heating pad (different color), but had to get another because the family was fighting over it! You can’t go wrong with this product - if you’re looking for an excellent, dependable heating pad, this is the one!

It was great until now it is not working
My son purchased this product for me a year and a half ago. Just yesterday it started flashing an F and after resetting many times it is not corrected. Apparently it is a coil issue and no replacements available. Very disappointing as this product gave me pain relief after medical procedures I have every eight weeks.

Comfort and Deep Soothing for the Soul
This heating pad is so comforting. I have honestly gifted it to about 10 of my friends. All of them have equally adored it. I use it every night to heat my bed when the weather is cold.
