trash

not working after 2 weeks. it was used in an office every other day and it failed to come on. it only flashes red lights and beeps.

Excellent customer service--10 stars!

I have owned several PURE products over the years. Most recently, I had an oil diffuser that stopped working properly (though when it was working, it was a great product). I emailed PURE customer service, who promptly replied and offered to send me a replacement, although I no longer had my proof of purchase. No questions asked. With great products and great customer service, PURE is a company I will continue to support with my future purchases.

Excellent diffuser

I’ve had this diffuser for a while now and it’s great! My office smells so good for a few hours and I always get compliments on it. Customer service is also excellent. 100% would recommend

Best Diffuser

I love this diffuser. It is super quiet and you can turn off the lights so nothing is lit up at night as you are trying to sleep.
