Honestly this is the second time I bought this product. The first time I returned it because it didn't work but I saw it again a couple years later and I was so hoping that I would get a nice aroma out of it. Well I've had it plugged in now for almost a half an hour and there's no smell to it. My package also said it came with three refill pads and there are only two. I was so excited when I saw it again because I wanted to work but it's just not putting out any smell. Can you help?

1 year agoDisappointed but will buy another.
Worked the first few days very well. I bought the 8 pack of pursonic oils to refill. That worked fine. Now, a month later, it will not open to get the filter out and change scents plus it does not put out a noticeable aroma at all. I am so disappointed. I will get another and see if this one was a defect.

I purchased this about a month ago and it has never worked. I was going to just throw it out since I got it from TJMaxx for $6 but that's wasteful right? The little bugger lights up, but there's no sound or fragrance. It just sits there...looking blue.

I bought this at TJ Maxx and was really excited to try it out but it didn't have any pads in the box. Not sure what happened to them but I would really like to try it out. Could you send me a few to try it?

2 years agoNo Aroma and came with only 1 small Pad
I tried this Diffuser in the Car and in a room which is smaller than 90 Sq.Ft. I could not tell that any aroma was diffused from this device. It was not what I expected. I wish it was more powerful and did create the PureSpa Aroma, that I hoped for. The pads were much smaller than the compartment that they are going in. It looks smaller and only has two holes compared to what is displayed in the enclosed instruction booklet. Which shows a rectangular pad with three holes. I requested some pads form Pureenrichment, and was told that these would be sent out to me after I left my review.

I plugged in the travel diffuser in my car and love it! It puts off just the right amount of scent for the small area so that is not overpowering. I’m going on a cruise next week and plan to bring it with me for use in the cabin. Should be wonderful!!

Nice little packable gizmo
I bought this on a whim during a recent trip, after I noticed the hotel room smelled a little (the seasonal switch from a/c to heat). Night light is a bonus! This is now a permanent addition to my travel kit, and on my stocking stuffer list.
