The power bank does not work with shawl

My Mother-in-law loves the feel of the shawl, but the power bank that connects to the shawl in the pocket doesn't work. I've ordered this twice, and both times the same result. The power bank will work on other devices. I purchased a different power bank, and the shawl works.

Use Different Battery

I received this as a Christmas gift from my husband and agree with the other users that this product does not work as is out of the box. BUT!!!!…I plugged it into another 5W portable battery pack and it works great. The material is super soft and the wrap gets very warm. The battery that came with the it will not charge to full or even seem to hold a partial charge, so I’ve discarded that altogether. I agree, for the price it should come with a battery that is functional - but this product seems to have a higher quality material than anything else I’ve seen online and I like it. Super soft; stays in place, looks chic and produces good heat. I’ve even left it unzipped and spread it across my legs. With these crazy cold temps we keep having, I’m happy to have the is product & it gets used regularly.

Bad

Bought this for my mom for Christmas, does not work at all. Did troubleshooting with the company multiple times and it still does not work properly. Sad that it is such an expensive product that absolutely doesn’t work.

Shaw is cute battery is not good

THE BATTERY IS NOT GOOD, I Bought this as a gift for someone, and they loved the Shaw but the battery wouldn’t even stay charged long enough to keep it heated, need better battery that’s meant for it. Your basicly buying a cheap battery pack, the Shaw would be worth it if it was cheaper! Still cute tho!

DOES NOT WORK

Purchased this heated poncho as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, it did not heat, so had to coordinate an exchange. The replacement arrived yesterday...and it too DOES NOT WORK. Now, the gift recipient is forced to go through the return process again.

Would not produce heat.

This shawl was described as one size fits all, it was actually tight (i dont concider myself overly lrg) and do normally fit the one size fits all in most products. I absolutely loved the idea of a rechargeable battery and no awkward thick cord connected. But sadly the wires were goofed up on the part sewed into shawl....so it would not connect & heat up.

Heating didn't work

I ordered the power bank to go with this gift and both the power bank and the button on the poncho lit up, but there was no heat and no way to select what level it was on. The button only lit up when I hit the power button on the power bank. Power bank was fully charged.

Does stay charged. Cord is very short to actually plug it in.
