7 months agomissing parts. poor follow up
This set was delivered and set up by Macy's. They discovered it was missing 3 screws that go to the fire ring. They (the delivery guys) notified Macy's. Two weeks later they send out a repair guys. He concurs, yes, it is missing screws. He tells me they will mail them to me and I can put it together the rest of the way. That has been 2 weeks ago. No screws.

I usually read reviews but rarely write one, but this is a must. I am beyond thrilled with this set. It’s all aluminum so it will not rust. It looks fantastic the fire pit puts out some heat and looks so nice. The fire pit comes with a cover and the stones. I’ve already received so many compliments and even one from my husband that doesn’t give them often. I have to compliment the delivery guys also, they were very nice and took care unpacking and setting up this set, and taking all the cardboard back with them. It was truly a great experience.

Just as on the website really high quality and stylish. Love the brushed painted aluminum , so unique. Have used them everyday since purchasing and so excited to have them. Fireplace works well and heats the area nicely.
