Broken clips

The head wasn't put in appropriate envelope and the envelope was very light.The clips broken.and.unable to use and been looking for a way to contact you.

It is what it is

I purchased 2 replacement shaver heads and the first one I tried wouldn’t properly fit the shaver. It wouldn’t spin when the shaver was turned on. The second one works like it is supposed to. I like the shaver, but I’m not impressed with the replacement heads performance.

Horrible product

Bought the razor in June of 2024. Already getting ready to replace the blade set. Not even a year. My husband uses it twice a week on his already bald head. Not happy with the performance of this product.
