Plastic and Cheap!

I’m so disappointed! All the men in my house (sons and husband) LOVE the original ride western pull on square toe boot! I’ve been buying them for years. I guess Rocky isn’t making it anymore and this looked similar. The leather in this boot is so cheap and the sole is horrible. I returned all 3 pairs. Rocky, what happened?

Where is my refund

I returned these boots because they were too large. I have purchased multiple pairs of Rocky boots and have always been happy with the quality and the fit. For whatever reason these were too large. No problem with that. What I am not happy with is my refund on the purchase. I received an email telling me they had received them on 24 Nov. It has been nearly three weeks and I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited. Feel like this is far too long.

I see on our end that the refund was processed on our end December 17. It may take up to 10 business days, not including holidays, for this to reflect on your account. If you still do not see a refund at that point, we would recommend contacting your bank directly!

Poor quality

These boots are made so poorly!! The top of them are so big that his jeans he always wears with his other boots are constantly riding up. Honestly wish we would’ve sent them back, but they were his birthday present.
