Item missing.. never got help

Never received item!! It said it was delivered but waited I think six weeks? The item ended up in Alaska… which is not where I live and then weeks later said it shipped to me and finally arrived but I checked everywhere and there is no trace of the item. Six weeks to get Tupperware? Are you kidding me and this is Macys? Not to mention the fact that I still haven’t received it even though it says it was delivered? Never received one call or email from Macys. Am very disappointed.
