Disappointed!!

First this picture is greatly enhanced in terms of both size and stone quality. Macy's does admit to being enhanced in their advertisement. However the quality of the stone is not as clear as shown in on the website. The one I received the stone is very cloudy and of low quality. Delivery was quick but my order does not show up in my account, Orders. There is supposed to be an online certificate for the stone but I cannot find it. Very disappointing!!!
