immediately useless
literally cannot open now because I must have accidentally let go of the thing you have to push to set the code before i hit the number i wanted...now i have no idea where it set itself.

Faulty lock
I bought the lock last week and had to return to Macys the following day. The procedure to reset the code failed. The return to Macys for full refund was quick and painless.
