Yes I can confirm Zippers are not good!
Bag looks nice and I wanted it to work but I used only 2 times. Both times the main compartment zipper track kept opening on its own. I DID NOT over fill it, it just somehow keeps opening. This is over concern because someone can just stick their hand in your bag at the airport or anywhere and grab what you have it there. Samsonite, please fix these zipper issues!

Zipper issues
I purchased this backpack online from Macy’s in 2024. Don’t get me wrong, I love this bag! However I have been experiencing some major issues with the middle zipper. Not sure if the slider is damaged or misaligned. All of my bags contents be exposed. I would have to unzip and rezip my bag just for the zipper to properly close. This can become a tedious task after awhile especially when you are in a hurry. I use this backpack for travel purposes only. I should have returned this item immediately but I ignored unexpected defects.

Quality
I received the first order, but the zipper doesn’t zip well, so I had to return it. I hope the second replacement order will be of good quality.

Great Daily work backpack
Replaced old laptop backpack and wished I did it sooner ! Great quality and easy for daily use . Fits a 13” laptop easily, could fit a 15” I bet
