Samsonite Weekender Duffel

The Samsonite bag did not look like the one shown online. It was also much larger and darker in color. Therefore, I returned it to the Macy's store at Orchard Mall in Skoki, Illinois. Today, I checked online and it states "Refunded on Dec. 19, 2025." However, I did not receive the refund. I called customer service and spoke to Lems and he said I will receive the refund on January 5. Online it should say "refund issued" until received by the customer.

Lightweight and roomy

Love this luggage piece! It’s roomy enough for a long weekend plus toiletries and the separate lower section is great for laundry etc.

Good design, but ...

Love the overall design, especially the drop bottom. I do have a bit of difficulty zipping the top part as it is domed. Also, it is a bit heavy by itself. Improving those two areas would make this a perfect weekend travel piece.

Haven’t had the bag a month, and the bottom already has holes in it. Doesn’t hold much in order to zip it back. Very heavy to carry around. Tried to return and was told no because it’s considered cosmetic.
