It arrived permanently locked and I had to take it back. Do better Macys!

I've only used it once and it was so spacious light and fit everything I needed for 8 days ...I love it can't wait to use it again

I work overseas and travel a lot. I have purchased several high end carry-on bags over the years but this is by far my favorite. Why? Light weight, great wheels and fits into overhead space. I bought it in white so it's never lost and have received loads of compliments on the color. I love this suitcase!
