Terrible! Don’t spend your money on a bag that doesn’t last one trip. Not only the lock was damaged and useless but parts got lost in one flight. I am a frequent flier, I fly with same airlines multiple times a year… product is of poor quality not like older Samsonite craftsmanship

I purchased this item based on the company's reputation and not on any serious research on my part. I finally had an opportunity to use the luggage and am very pleased with it.

Very heavy. Not durable a wheel broke off after one travel use.

Excellent suitcase. Light and durable. I travel long distances so this suitcase is very handy. It has four wheels to keep it balanced during rolling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So realistically, I would probably give maybe 4.5 stars, but only b/c we also purchased Valor 2.0 2 pc luggage set which we LOVE. This is very nice piece of luggage, but is heavier (empty) than the valor. It does roll nicely, but again, valor rolls more smoothly. We can butt up the two valor pieces & easily roll them together, one-handed if necessary. This cannot be done with the Opto PC 2 Spinner & another piece of samsonite luggage w/ equal ease. It's great suitcase, but already being on heavier side when empty, one must also pay closer attention to what is being packed in it. Maybe avoid putting shoes, etc in this one. It's still recommendable. Maybe not as ONLY option though.
