Ergonomics not great
I liked the concept and quality, but the strap was placed too low on the bag, so it fell forward when attached to the suitcase. Not the best design.

No Shoulder Strap; Seemed Used
Seems like a nice bag. Both the top and the bottom have about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch expandable zipper. Many compartments on the inside. Nice size. Unfortunately, no shoulder strap. It did look somewhat used. Maybe someone returned it and forgot to include the shoulder strap in the return.

Carry on luggage
I bought this item so that I can place it under my seat in an airplane rather than use overhead storage, great size and I hope that everything works out, matches the luggage set I bought,
