Misleading Sale Price

I bought two Samsonite Backpacks during what was advertised as a more-than-50%-off sale at Macy’s. Later, I noticed that the same backpacks were listed at a lower regular price on the Samsonite website. Each backpack itself is of good quality, but the pricing at Macy’s was disappointing. It felt misleading to see a “sale” that wasn’t actually a better deal. I'm definitely returning both of them.

Think before you buy it

I purchased this on November 2024. The zipper came completely off from the fabric on May 2025. It doesn’t even last a whole year for my kids in high school. The quality is just not there.

Durable exterior. Effortless zippers. Many pockets

It is sturdy with durable exterior. The zippers slide effortlessly. Many separate pocket and compartments for dividing, organizing and finding your items. The laptop is protected. It can expand. The side pockets for the water bottle are partially held by an elastic band, which I see it with use getting loose and becoming unusable eventually. This is the only disadvantage and the reason I don't give it a 5 star.

Sturdy and good looking

This backpack is just what I was looking for. It’s very sturdy and looks good and professional. Works wonderfully as a High School backpack or as a business travel backpack.

Color

I like Samsonite but I also like color. Why everything is black (so sad) I want color, yellow, orange, purple, some happy color not Black. ew!
