More storage than SD cards
The SSD I recently tested is impressive in several key areas. Firstly, it is incredibly light, making it an ideal choice for portable devices where weight is a concern. Secondly, its high capacity allows for ample storage of files, applications, and media without the need for external drives. Lastly, the speed of this SSD is remarkable, significantly reducing boot times and improving overall system performance. Overall, this SSD offers a great combination of portability, storage, and speed, making it a valuable addition to any tech setup.

Will Not Connect to MacBook Pro
Purchased a 1T unit approximately 1 year ago. All of a sudden it stopped working; will not connect to any of my platforms. At this point, it is useless and so is any data stored on the drive. I won't buy another Sandisk because I can't trust it's reliability.

Great choice, you won't be disappointed.
Easy to set up and use. Fast! Impossible to label. And difficult to read specs on back (dark gray on black?!)

Doesn't work.
I installed the exFAT file system on my Mac mini, which should work on both Windows and MacOS. I copied my files, but unfortunately, it didn't work on my Windows laptop. After a week, it started working, but the Mac mini doesn't recognize it. After formatting it to NTFS, it doesn't work on either the Mac or Windows. What's going on?

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. It seems like the drive may not have been consistently detected due to a connection or File system issue. Please try using a different cable or port to rule out the connection issue. We also recommend reformatting the drive in exFAT using Windows Disk Management(steps: https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/20821) for best compatibility between Windows and Mac. Note: Reformatting is a data-destructive process, so kindly ensure to backup your data before reformatting. If the issue continues, please get in touch with the support team for further assistance by opening a ticket at (https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/askweb)
This is a plane!! It meets specifications.
I read that many users have had serious issues with crashes and incompatibility. But in my case, I must say I'm incredibly grateful for the transfer speed and compatibility on my MacBook Pro M1-2020. I use it to save and play Hi-Res and Flac music files from my CDs, as well as DSD files. I play them with Audirvana and Roon. I couldn't be more satisfied with this product... and I've had it for two years. I'm even seriously considering upgrading to the SDSSDE61-8T00. I think that in my case and given the way I use it, its transfer speed of 1050MB/s would be more than enough.

Avoid this product like plague
You plug the drive in at the USB port, and the PC can no longer see the drive, all data are gone
