I could not find a heart necklace size of nickel or little smaller anywhere on net. I really am a gold person silver fades on me. But got this heart was beautiful perfect size they delivered early for valentines wonderful quality. Unfortunately better for silver people loved it though great buy. Anyone who likes silver perfect price quality and size!

Extremely disappointed in care
I ordered this item and when I tell you not a single thing was right. 1st I asked for it to be gift to hide that it's a gift and price, it gets sent in a plain Macy bag with. The receipt stapled outside the bag. The person I was giving it to had mechanical jewelry cleaning devices and the amount of dirt and tarnish was embarrassing. I also did not the necklace is not the same necklace. I personally feel robbed and the only reason I'm not returning is because the person I gifted it to likes it.

Love my heart perfect size. I recommended, great for a Christmas gift.
Not as pictured
My husband gave this to me two days ago because I had asked for it for my birthday. The heart does not have little diamonds in between the sapphires as it is shown in the picture and the chain is very cheap looking and not like the one in the picture. For the price that Macy’s is charging, I would expect better quality, or at least that you would be receiving the same item shown in the picture. Very disappointing.
Tarnish
I received this necklace as a Christmas gift. The pendant is beautiful! Unfortunately, I polish the chain and within a few weeks it's tarnished. So, unless I wear it frequently... I go to wear it, and the chain is dark with tarnish. I understand fully that sterling silver tarnishes, but this is pretty frequent.
Not as pictured
Received this, and unfortunately, the chain is very, very, very small and not as pictured online. As well, the heart is not at all as large as it looks in the picture on the model. The chain seems more gray than silver. It’s just not as pictured at all to me. Really disappointed in this one I don’t often put a negative comment, but for this price felt I should.

Heart pendant
I received the necklace with a chain that was twisted and kinked in a few places and the supposed sterling silver chain and heart were very tarnished. A lot of money to spend on inferior jewelry like this . Never again!!
