Nice knife set
I received this beautiful Evolution knife set by Schmidt Bros in the mail and it came in a really nice box that I hated to use them. It came with 1- 8” chef knife and 1- 6” prep knife. These knives are very sharp and durable and designed very well. They feel real good in your hand while your cutting or chopping. They are made from nice German stainless steel. They came in a really nice carrying box with sheath covers for both knives.These would be a good addition to any kitchen or restaurant.They cut and chop like butter. Hats off to Schmidt Bros for an awesome set of knives that will last me forever and have a lifetime warranty.

Great Knife
These knives have a great feel in hand, well balanced and comfortable to hold. The blades are sharp and do a great job slicing. Vegetables and fruit cut with ease. I'm very happy with their durability.

Sharp with covers
These Schimidt knives with covers are sharp and comes in a nice storage box. They have ridges which is different from others I've seen. They cut through fruits and vegetables easily. They would make a great gift.

These knives are very nice! They really cut good. The blades are sharp to cut through various foods. They deliver a a straight and clean cut. They are easy to wash and keep clean. They are protected when not in use by the heavy plastic sleeve. They are a high quality knife set.
