I purchased this adjustable foundation back in 2023 and already it has to be replaced. The frame is bent and the pump just stopped working. Thankfully I'm within the 3 year window, so I don't have to pay for anything. In the future, I'll be sticking with a traditional split box spring.

The delivery was supposed to happen on Saturday. The delivery time changed 4 times & I wasn’t able to track. Finally at 8:15pm ( the end of the last delivery time), no show, no call…I called customer service & they said the scheduling dept was closed. I went into the store on the next day & they had a note that the truck broke down. They could have called. I wasn’t able to rescheduled for delivery on Tuesday. The delivery people came right when I had a Dr appt. My friend came to let them in. She said the delivery people were very nice & accommodating & even made sure my elderly mother could get in & out of the bed.

Ease 4.0 adjustable base is smooth & silent in operation. The supporting legs are adjustable in 3” height segments. (It would be ideal if there were 2” or even 1” incremental leg height options to exactly customize the height of your bed if it must fit into an existing frame. Maybe they will add this option to perfect the next model). But overall, a great product.

Great bed! Helps with reflux at night and so cool! Works with regular mattress and really helps to sleep better! So glad we took a chance.
