Don’t buy

I bought this product twice. The first picture leaked from the bottom. The second picture was delivered shattered. By far the worst experience I have had with anything I have purchased from Macys

Love the carafe, but why perfume the box?

Pitcher operates as described; lights at the base change color with temp setting changes, that’s useful AND super cool. What’s not cool is that one of those little perfume sample paper inserts (like they used to put it in magazines) was included in the box. I’m sensitive to fragrances – that’s why I don’t walk into stores with perfume counters & do curbside pickup. So why would I want my appliances to smell like a gross perfume? I had to leave the box on my porch until the scent dissipated. That’s the only reason this didn’t give five stars. Who wants perfumed appliances???
