Making Chili

The pan is aesthetically nice, a large & thin base for fast cooking. The heat from the chili burned through the top layer of coating. Do not put high heat to pan if you’d like to avoid this. A low heat is medium heat and a medium heat is high temp.

Not recommended for electric stoves

The paella pan is NOT suitable for cooking on an electric stove as the label claims. The bottom is curved and the heat wouldn’t spread evenly to cook a paella. It is nice and sturdy though.
