Sedona kitchen

It's not what I expected It's very thin material. the corner of the lid vent right away it got burned the first time I cooked in it. I don't recomend this for frying. the heat does distribute through out the pan.

A Great Addition To My Cookware

What a humongous beautiful thing! I can make so many different items in it. But I plan to mainly cook chinese styled foods. I am so happy it has a lid. It's a fantastic addition to my cookware. I'm quite sure that if The LORD JESUS CHRIST has mercy on me and continue to spare my life, I'll be cooking many wonderful meals in this pan for many years to come.

Poor quality

Poor quality , exactly 1 after year the bottom plate of the pan cover is getting cracked opened up .... we don't even put this in dishwasher as it's dishwasher safe .. he hand wash this when ever we use... we rarely use this product 1 a month or once in 2 months.. poor quality product , better go for Hexclad pans even though they are high price worth it ... than spending in this product ..
