A quality watch at a good price. Mine runs about six seconds or less fast a day. It looks both dressy and sporty. The band is acceptable, but you can easily find other 20mm bands to replace it. The Hardex glass is domed so you have to be careful about scatching it. The watch fits my 6 inch wrist without a problem. After a month of wearing, I have not run into any problems. I get compliments on its looks. I'm very satisfied with this handsome field watch with gold numbers that catch the light to make them even more visible. Gorgeous. And its a Seiko. Quick shipping from Macy's. No regrets in the purchase.

Delivery was very Quick. No instructions were with my watch. I never had a winding/auto watch before so had to go to YouTube. To make sure I didn't do anything wrong. Once I set date and time it's been spot on ever since. At my work I'm very active bumping the watch it things though out the day. The "glass" is not scratched surprisingly a few times I thought "Oh crap" but still looking new. I used to only wear a Timex Expedition. Which was the perfect size for me plus the Indoglow. This watch is almost that size it's just a bit taller off the wrist not huge by any means, but the Illumination you get in the dark is amazing with this watch. This is the most expensive watch I ever bought and it's worth every penny.

I purchased the watch through Seiko about two weeks ago now. It’s definitely fast, it gains about 60-90 seconds a day. I just quit winding it and wearing it as much to hopefully take some tension off of the spring and slow it down. The band is loong so if you have small wrists this isn’t for you. Besides it being fast I love it! It’s my first automatic and it came at a reasonable price.

Key features for the SRPG39: date display, automatic movement, great fit for my narrow wrist, robust and comfortable leather band. I bought my Seiko from a local watch dealer, so I knew exactly what I was getting before I made my purchase and I was able to view and try many impressive watches before deciding. I wanted a watch that would serve as a reliable timepiece as well as looking good dressed up or down, since this is my first (i.e. only currently) nice watch. It's not a gaudy watch but everything comes together tastefully. The brushed bronze-look numerals are the highlight. They stand out against the gradient blue face. I added a second band, which is an equally comfortable brown leather band that is easily changed (I use an SD card opener). I think it helps make the blue face stand out and adds to a vintage casual look. I'm still happy with the original black band but the brown band will be the one I use daily. This is an early review, but so far my only regret is not owning a watch like this sooner. If anything changes or if there's anything to add or change, I'll post again.

Lot's of fun to wear it. Perfect size for a 7.5" wrist. For the price this watch is good quality and looks more expensive than its price. If you want a watch to be super accurate buy a quartz not a mechanic watch. I have many watches. Wear this one for the occasion it represents.

This watch is an excellent value for what you get. It came about 12 seconds fast but with some adjustment i have that down to half that. Great size and weight. I hardly notice thats its on my wrist. And it looks great.

I bought this 3 weeks ago! Lumen is really good for 30 minutes maybe 45 minutes. The band is a little long, but I personally don’t mind. Really beautiful watch for the price! I wear it every day and I am in love so far! Great product!

Over all an excellent, easy to read time piece. The luminance is bright and long lasting, the date window is well placed and the large numbers help me see the time with just a quick glance
