Awful chemical smell

Buyer beware! These pillows have a very strong chemical smell that is so overwhelming you cannot sleep on these pillows. I tried but couldn't tolerate it so sent them back. I have had gel pillows in the past that I bought from Macy's which were great (a different brand) but these Serta pillows are awful.

It is important to note that the pillows are crafted with brand new foam, and typically there is a new foam smell once the items are open. We typically recommend leaving them in a well ventilated area without a covering so that the smell can dissipate from the product. Typically the smell will go away within a few days, but depending on how sensitive your sense of smell is the time could vary. We hope this helps!
