Incredibly disappointing. Please avoid.

I'm in shock at how truly horrible this chair is. I work form home, and needed an attractive, but moderately comfortable chair. I wasn't looking for perfection. Serta is a brand I thought I could trust. First of all, I had this for a week before the seat cushion became nonexistent. I can feel the metal of the bottom half poking through. The chair makes incredibly loud cracking noises from any movement. It does not lean back. The paint job on the legs and arm rests is messy and unattractive, with dust and dirt painted into it. Very cheap feeling and looking. Unbelievably disappointing. I have to live with this now, and search for another 300 dollar chair that actually DELIVERS quality for the asking price. Not recommended in the slightest. Please avoid.
