Loved this bench, however, the wrong legs were sent with the bench by the manufacturer and no one knew how to fix the issue. Returning this item. Very disappointed.

I ordered this bench and was so excited to receive it.The manufacturer sent me a coffee table instead and then it was a pain to get the table returned and still had to choose another bench to order.

The quality was fine. The shipping went fine. The fabric, however, was not as pictured. Not even close. Totally different color. I was disappointed. It was a gift for my son out of state and a bit of a hassle to return.

I purchased the bench in November of 2022 - and the bench still smells. The smell is so bad it is unusable. It is a complete waste of money and no customer service from Macy's.

The smell you are experiencing could be due to various factors such as the materials used, manufacturing processes, or storage conditions. Some materials, such as certain types of foam or upholstery fabrics, can emit odors, especially when they are new. These odors can be intensified if the bench was stored in a sealed or poorly ventilated environment. To address the smell, we recommend placing the bench in a well-ventilated area to allow fresh air to circulate around it. You can also place activated charcoal or charcoal odor absorbers inside the storage compartment of the bench. Rest assured, we will bring this issue to our product team for further investigation and improvement.

Our new bench looks great and the color is lovely. Problem: - - It smells!!! We've been airing it out for TWO WEEKS now!! We use every possible remedy we can find... including wiping it down with vinegar water, use air fresheners, even changed the filters on the air cleaner and put it next to the bench. My goal now: want to put throws and linens in it next month!! ??

It may have a slight smell that is a result of the packaging process. This smell is generally harmless and tends to dissipate naturally over time. We recommend to continue to leave the bench in a well-ventilated area fpr 2-3 days more to allow any residual odors to dissipate. If the issue persists, we'd like to offer you a replacement bench. Very easy to put together
I really liked that all I had to do was put the legs on and it was ready! This is a really sturdy piece of furniture and works like it says in the description. Just what I was looking for, thanks Macy’s!

Have NOT received tracking said arrives by January 4th and today is January 9th. I have no way of contacting anyone.
