Game changer

Literally would not be able to keep my house as clean as I do without this thing I have two kids and a golden retriever and it literally makes my life so much easier with the set up the maintenance. The sensors the suction all of it is so great.

Love it

Last year I went on a bender and was determined to find the right robot vacuum cleaner for our new house. We also have a dog and a toddler so we needed something that was going to hold up with all of our messes. My husband works with pumps and always used to drag in mud or dirt but ever since getting this I don’t have to worry about that anymore. I love waking up to a clean house

I have bought 2 in the past 3 years and every time I have problems with the wheel gears stripping out because it goes from hard wood floors to carpet floors

While it handles everyday debris well and is a huge time-saver, it can struggle a bit with larger messes or thicker carpet edges, so it doesn’t completely replace a traditional vacuum. I bought the av753. I have it working but I don't know how to map the house. Their is nothing in the owners guide. If I can't get it to work I will send it back. I had an older one and it map the house house really good

Haven’t been able to find wi fi- disappointed

I had cable company come out and they said shark should be able to see network. Called customer service rep told me I needed to split my internet. Come to find out splitting my internet would mean less network coverage in my home I knew from jump she didn’t know much because that’s not a solution. Customer service there is not much help. I have been fight to get the item that so called have internet to work and it hasn’t. It hasn’t worked so I’m patiently waiting for someone to reach out So annoyed
