I’ve been using the Shark ION Robot Vacuum RV754 for a while now, and it has made daily cleaning much easier. The coverage is very good for small to medium spaces, and it does a solid job picking up dust, pet hair, and debris from both hard floors and low-pile carpets. The sensors help it avoid obstacles and stairs, although sometimes it may miss corners. Connectivity through the app is simple and reliable, allowing easy scheduling. Maintenance is straightforward, and the vacuum feels durable and well-built overall.

I bought the av753. I have it working but I don't know how to map the house. Their is nothing in the owners guide. If I can't get it to work I will send it back. I had an older one and it map the house house really good

Haven’t been able to find wi fi- disappointed
I had cable company come out and they said shark should be able to see network. Called customer service rep told me I needed to split my internet. Come to find out splitting my internet would mean less network coverage in my home I knew from jump she didn’t know much because that’s not a solution. Customer service there is not much help. I have been fight to get the item that so called have internet to work and it hasn’t. It hasn’t worked so I’m patiently waiting for someone to reach out So annoyed
Not good for pet hair
I’ve had three of these in the past year .. unfortunately the robot itself kept breaking and it says it’s good for pets but it doesn’t work too well

One less chore to do
I have heard a lot of good things about this robot vacuum, I think it definitely benefits everyone since it becomes one less chore to do. You can spend more time with your family or shopping while this robot will take care of the dirty floors. It is a super simple process of emptying and cleaning it. It navigates perfectly thru the carpet without getting stuck.

Great for good hair
I was a little skeptical, but yet it turned into vary pleasantly surprised. I use it on hardwood floors. It picks up a lot of hair, dust and smaller particles and then I use my bigger vacuum to do deep hard-core cleaning.

I really like this little Shark Robot Vac. It does a good job cleaning and I was surprised with what I emptied from the trash bin. Such a time saver and saves my back.

Error message first time use after charging
I have an almost identical Shark Ion Robot vacuum already at home and I love it, so I ordered a second for use upstairs. It arrived quickly and well-packaged, but after I charged it and sent it on its first cleaning mission, it beeped at me and flashed multiple lights. I used the trouble-shooting guide included in the manual to diagnose the error message, and did the tricks they recommended to clear the problem, but I never got the vaccuum to work. I just printed the return label to send it back.
