    Short Electric Cord

    The electric cord is waaaay to short! My other experience with Shark...the cord was longer. This short cord is inconvenient since I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting into the electrical outlets. Vacuuming the carpeted stairs is more than a difficult chore!

    Disappointing

    Perhaps the batch of plastic that was used for our vacuum was faulty, but the clasps to secure the canister to the vacuum broke the plastic of the canister almost immediately.

    I love the suction. Two setting which made me fall in love even more. Would definitely recommend.

    I do not recommend

    I would not purchase again. The suction at the highest setting is so much I can hardly push the vacuum on carpet. The 2 attachments that it comes with are pretty much useless.
