Hepa filter and attachments are helpful.As long as you clean it the suction should stay strong. Recommend using water in the plastic portion before dumping it out so the dust doesn’t become airborne.

New Owner

I purchased the NV360 because my carpet was beginning to lay flat in the high traffic areas. I was looking for a Vacuum that would lift the carpet up. I also have a Riccar Supra-Lite that I was using and I'd have to go over these areas many times to get the carpet up. The 960 did a much better job and the carpet looks like new again. Two things that you could improve on 1) The cord is too short by 6'. 2) It weighs more but that's OK.3) Difficult to use on stairs as it won't work in the upright position. If you could figure this out let me know - I'd purchase another !!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend

A great vacuum - incredibly strong. I looked at this and the Bissell for pet hair and allergens and they are similar. I bought this model because of the power. It is terrific! The power of a shop vac in a residential home cleaner.

Motor breaks at 2 years & can't be fixed!

They don't last! Purchased 2 Navigator vacuums and the motor in both died at 2 years. Will never buy another Shark. And they use proprietary parts so can't be fixed!!! Scam!
