Where is my package

I ordered this item for Christmas gift on Dec. 2 and today is Dec. 25. Where is my package? It was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 12. The tracking says it was delayed and that's it.

Top Face Wash for Men

The product emulsifies quickly into a lather that leaves the skin feeling squeaky clean without over drying. The consistency is a dense cream that slowly pours out of the squeeze tube. A small amount goes a long way and you can expect on average to replenish the product quarterly. The price point is reasonable and the neutral clean scent rates this product as one of my top face wash for men.
