Thoughtfully designed

I thought my previous 12-year-old simplehuman trash can was already the pinnacle of trash cans, but I let my ex keep it when I moved out, in favor of acquiring this new one. Along with the old abilities -- the soft close mechanism and ability to keep odors enclosed -- I love the new broader step, the way the liner goes over the rim of the bin itself instead of an inner basket, and the convenient storage of new liners, accessible through a window inside the can itself. The 30L size is the same as my previous can, and works well for either one or two people.

30 litre rose gold step can

I typically never leave reviews but this trash can is amazing. I was looking for a trash can that could fit in my city apartment and this was the perfect size. I haven't used the recommended trash bags yet because I had a few older trash bags leftover so my trash bags still show a little bit.

Worth the Price

This step can exceeded my expectations. It is a quality product. Very well-made. The liners fit perfectly, the handy liner pocket is a smart feature, and the fact that the can is made to hold the liners without slipping down into the can is genius! I thought I would use the typical bags sold in grocery stores, even though they would be larger than the can capacity. My husband convinced me to try the ones made to fit this step can. Glad I did. Simple Human actually puts thought into how people USE a product and what features will make the item convenient to use. Thank you Simple Human!
