Works ok usually but the personalization comes off

We use this for dish soap. Purchased about 2 years ago. It works sometimes — like if you are putting a dark dish or pan under it will not squirt soap. I guess the optical sensors cannot detect darker objects. But if I can get it to squirt soap, it is convenient. The personalization is printed on, not laser-etched as I expected it would be, and it has rubbed half way off by now.

Charging could be better

As long as your in warranty yhe service of replacement are good. But these one have problem charging and holding the charge. After 2 years it doesnt last long. I am k the 3rd one.

Slick

Old one which is clear soap dispenser. Which was super good. I am still using like more than 5-6 year. I had to fix a few times, but still going. This dispenser, it broke once stop working about a year. It was still warranty, so I got a new one. All good, but I wonder why stop working. Was still kind newish. Only a problem is i cannot able to see inside without opening the lid. I can hear the sound, but not visual. Hope all new one work like old ones. Since the price is way higher.
