dispenser will not work

I love my soap dispenser but after 8 months it just stopped working. The blue light will come on but it will not work anymore.

Good hands free dispencer

Attractive design and well made The ability to dispence.variable amounts of soap is excellent Battery life is good. Recharging battery and filling soap reservoir excellent. Main benefit is to operate the device is you don't have to touch it.

Great Products!

I now have 3 of these soap dispensers all around my home and I think that says it all!Lovely design and easy to use and most importantly no drips!The soaps are a great addition too with a good choice of fragrances I have even converted family members!

Not as good as the old one

Bought this to replace a standard sensor pump and to be honest I think that one is better.Pros:a) Being rechargeable means I’m not burning through batteries b) I like the ability to turn it on/off, I’ve lost count the number of times I’ve accidentally set my old one off! Cons: a) Soap dispenses less fluidly than the standard one, just sort of splutters out rather an steady stream b) The sensor seem to be a bit temperamental, doesn’t always pick my hand up c) No way of telling how much liquid is left without turning it upside down, and even then that isn’t that helpful as I’m staring up so depth perception is skewed. Is it the worst thing in the world? No. Could it be improved? Yes.

Doesn't hold charge for more than a few days

I would like it a lot if it did not need charging every few days, even though it is hardly used. I am assuming my dispenser is faulty.as it is advertised as needing charging every few months.

Medium liquid soap dispenser
