Macys is the worst

I have not received the items after an entire week and a half due to macys sending my items from California where im located to Kentucky with no explanation from customer service except our main hub is in Kentucky. you have to nerve to email me about a review. SMH send me my items.

Clasp is horrible

Its pretty enough, lots of sparkle but poorly made. Clasp doesn't stay shut so it constantly opens and you have to go searching to see where it cane off. I'm lucky I haven't lost it. Might return if I can't find a solution .

Do not buy

Horrible!!! Got it today! It broke today! The chain is thin and cheap. Returning to Macy’s tomorroW and will not buy any more “fine” jewelry.
