Brabantia dish drainer
I read a few reviews after seeing this product in a store that only had a display model. I was put off buying it because reviewers said the plates didn’t stand well. However, I saw the drainer again and stood plates in to try for myself. I understand that the plates don’t stand very upright but they are supported and went ahead and ordered it. It is perfect. The colour is just right, I would say a creamy white. It seems to be well made and substantial, not flimsy at all. I’m very happy with my drainer and although it isn’t a cheap buy it is a very good buy.

Large Drying Rack
Its a good, nice and large dish rack, I have been usingthis for about a year now. The nice black coating has started to come off now.

Plate rack that doesn’t hold plates

Unstable and not dishwasher proof
To be fair it looks good but two major issues are that plates fail over easily in the rack as the sections are too shallow. Also glasses are unstable as the bars are quite far apart so they tip if you don't make sure they are placed perfectly. It is also not dishwasher safe. It's impossible to clean the cutlery caddy properly as the corners in the bottom are inaccessible and get quite a build up of grime etc. even with regular attempts to clean.

Quality product but one design flaw
The quality of Brabantia’s products are excellent and this dish rack is no exception - it feels and looks great. However we are very disappointed with the design of the rack component that is meant to hold bigger plates. It’s too shallow and this means the plates often tip over and can and have resulted in other items such as glasses being knocked off the rack and breaking. It’s a very unfortunate design flaw and not something I would expect or accept for the price of the product. I’ve just been too busy with the house move to bother with a refund.

You get what you pay for!
Simple and extremely well constructed. I love this understated dish rack, and it works as good as it looks.
