More like a whole shoe

I’m returning these. I ordered the merlot color, I thought it would be more burgundy, however they look almost brown. Also, I wanted more of a house shoe/slipper. They have shoe like bottoms to wear outside, kinda hard. Well made, what you would expect from Coach. However if I don’t bother to return I will gift them to my niece.

Shipped wrong shoe

Lovely shoe on picture! Don’t ever use Star Money to purchase anything with Macys if there’s a chance you will return item. I ordered this shoe and they sent the wrong item. I took item to store for a full refund. Macys refuse to refund me $10.70 of my own money I paid with my credit card because I used $10 star money for this shoe that was shipped wrong! They are keeping my money plus taxes on my own money for this fake star money I will never shop with Macys again. Customer Service is programmed to misunderstand anything
