Shipped wrong shoe

Lovely shoe on picture! Don’t ever use Star Money to purchase anything with Macys if there’s a chance you will return item. I ordered this shoe and they sent the wrong item. I took item to store for a full refund. Macys refuse to refund me $10.70 of my own money I paid with my credit card because I used $10 star money for this shoe that was shipped wrong! They are keeping my money plus taxes on my own money for this fake star money I will never shop with Macys again. Customer Service is programmed to misunderstand anything

Great slippers

Not for me

Honestly this isn't my style and they're not very comfy. I am normally a size 9 regular. The toes are slightly tight and they slip off when I'm walking. There's not much cushion. I'm confused on if these are supposed to be worn around the house or out and about. I definitely would not wear them out. They may be passable for around the house. I also noticed the color I'd "Merlot" but they lean more brown than a deep red or purple.

So pretty

Very well made. I love these so much. They’re a beautiful color. They do run extremely narrow even for regular fitted shoes but I still love them. They have a hard bottom so you can wear them outside.

Runs small

These Coach Signature Shearling Slippers are very beautiful. They are not exactly a slipper, more like a loafer. The sole is hard and can be worn out and about. My biggest complaint is the sizing. I received a size 8 which is my normal shoe size but these are not wide foot friendly. The 8 fits me almost how a 7 and a half does. Overall the slippers are very pretty and sturdy.

Super stylish and so comfy

Absolutely love these coach slippers. Anything coach is top tier when it comes to quality, and these are no exception!! Super comfy and soft; and I like that the bottom is hard vs the typical soft bottom we see a lot with slippers. Warm and true to size! The 8 fits perfectly and is my normal size .
